Final Report

Summary

The final report linked below contains the results of a year long investigation into the structural system of 315 East 46th Street. The report begins with an overview of the existing reinforced concrete system, followed by the results of the structural steel redesign. The two systems are compared from a cost and schedule stand point in the Construction Management Breadth, and also compared based on their sound transmission in the Acoustical Breadth.
